Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026 · SiteMCP by Anderseen Digital · sitemcp.net
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of SiteMCP, the "Service", available at sitemcp.net, published and operated by Anderseen OU, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "Anderseen"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
SiteMCP is a fast, affordable way to get a website online. It is built for small businesses that just need a site quickly and simply, and for private individuals who want a personal site, without the cost or complexity of a traditional web agency or page builder.
You can create and edit your site yourself through your dashboard, or hand it to an AI assistant (such as Claude) through a personal connector URL, which lets the assistant read and update your site's pages, content, images, navigation, and settings on your instruction.
We are a small, forward-looking internet software company. The Service is developed and improved on an ongoing basis — often daily — because the underlying AI technology moves fast. Features, limits, and the exact capabilities of the Service may change as a result, and we don't promise that any specific feature will stay the same or remain available indefinitely.
2. Your account and connector URL
You access your sites by logging in with your email (we send a one-time code — there is no password to manage) and, where you choose to use an AI assistant, a personal connector URL generated from your dashboard.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your connector URL confidential — it functions like a password. Anyone who has it can use it to read and edit the site(s) it is linked to;
- the content you or your AI assistant publish to your site, including text, images, and any business or contact information;
- any consequence of your connector URL or login access being lost, leaked, shared, or compromised.
You can regenerate your connector URL at any time from your dashboard, which immediately invalidates the previous one.
3. Service and site availability — no uptime guarantee
We work to keep SiteMCP and the sites it hosts running reliably, but we do not guarantee the uptime, availability, or continuous operation of the Service or of any individual site, including sites with a connected custom domain. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from downtime, interruptions, data loss, or a site being temporarily or permanently unavailable.
4. Your content, backups, and the right to take it elsewhere
Your site content is yours. You can export or back up your site's content at any time, and nothing in these Terms restricts your right to take a copy of your content and publish it on your own server or with another hosting provider. We encourage you to keep your own backups, since we do not guarantee any particular backup or disaster-recovery service, and we are not responsible for content lost due to technical failure, your own actions, or termination of your account.
5. Multiple admins on a site
You may add up to three accounts (yourself plus up to two additional admins) to a single site. Each admin you add has the same full access to that site as you do — there is no "owner" with greater rights than the others. You are responsible for who you invite as an admin to your site, since any admin can view, edit, or remove content on it.
6. AI-generated content is not reviewed by us
Content created or edited through an AI assistant using the Service is generated by that assistant based on your instructions — not by Anderseen. We do not review, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content published to your site. You are solely responsible for reviewing what gets published and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and any platform policies relevant to your business.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Each site is billed individually. New sites include an initial free trial period. After that, keeping a site active requires a prepaid top-up, which adds the chosen number of months to that site's valid-until date. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — if a site's valid-until date passes without a new top-up, we may restrict or take down that site, though we will aim to give notice before doing so. You can top up a site at any time from your dashboard, and can delete a site and its data at any time.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful content, infringe on anyone else's rights, distribute malware, attempt to access sites or accounts you are not authorized to access, resell or white-label the Service without our agreement, or use the Service in a way that disrupts it for other users.
9. No warranty — provided "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements. This service can be used as-is, and you accept it on that basis.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anderseen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Service, including any downtime of the Service or of a site. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the affected site(s) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with payment processors (such as Stripe), AI providers (such as Anthropic), and, if you choose to add tracking IDs to your own site, platforms such as Google and Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Changes
Because SiteMCP is developed on an ongoing basis, we may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after a revised version is posted constitutes acceptance. We will aim to communicate material changes to active users by email.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account or sites at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe continued access poses a security or legal risk.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
15. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for details on what information we collect and how we use it.
