Common questions & issues
I don't see my latest changes on the site
Changes made through Claude go live immediately, so this is almost always a browser cache issue - try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) or open the page in a private/incognito window. If it still looks wrong, tell Claude what you're seeing and it can check the page directly.
My custom domain isn't working yet
After you add the DNS record and click "Notify us" in your dashboard, it can take up to 24 hours for us to finish connecting it on our side. If it's been longer than that, double-check the DNS record matches the dashboard guide exactly, then reach out below.
I didn't get a notification email
Check your spam folder first. If it's genuinely missing, you can click "Notify us" again from your dashboard - it's safe to send more than once.
How do I add credit or check my balance?
Your account balance and top-up options are on your dashboard. Every new account also gets 30 days free automatically, so you won't be charged anything until that trial ends.
How do I delete a page or site safely?
Just ask Claude - for example "delete the services page" or "delete this site." Deleting always asks for confirmation first, so nothing disappears by accident.
Something on my site looks wrong - what do I do?
Tell Claude exactly what looks off, in plain language - "the contact form is too wide on mobile" or "the header image doesn't match our colors." It can see and edit the page the same way it built it.
